2025 Pool Season: 
The Wynstone HOA Pool is open May 24th through September 2nd, weather permitting.

The operating hours are 9am-10pm Sunday through Wednesday and 9am-11pm Friday and Saturday.

​

The first hour (9am-10am) and the last hour (9pm-10pm Sun-Wed and10pm-11pm Fri - Sat) of the day is reserved for adult swim only.

Pool Fobs:
The first pool fob is included in your HOA membership, any additional fob is $75. If you are needing a pool fob please reach out to Shelby or Stacey at s.redburn@rp-management.com and s.jacobson@rp-management.com

Our pool and covered patio area are available to Wynstone Members in good standing for private parties by reservation. Events are limited to 2.5 hours total, which includes 15 minutes for setup and 15 minutes for cleanup.

Reservation Time Blocks:

To ensure community usage and privilege to all residents, reservations are limited to Thursdays on the following time slots:
 

11:00 AM – 1:30 PM

2:00 PM – 4:30 PM

5:00 PM – 7:30 PM 

 

Note: The pool is closed to general use on Thursdays for cleaning and reserved parties only.

How to Reserve

Reservations must be made through the Reservations Tab in the Member Portal. For assistance, contact Robson Property Management at 918-994-6562 or via the portal.
 

Reservation Requirements 

  • Advance Notice: Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance and no more than 30 days out.
     

  • Payment Deadline: The $100 non-refundable party fee must be paid at least 10 days prior to the event.
     

  • Cleaning Fee: A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the area is not left clean.
     

  • Party Limits: Each household may host up to 2 parties per year.

    Guest Limits:

    • Pool Parties: Up to 50 guests.
       

    • Regular Use (non-party): Limit of 2 guests per household.
       

  • Supervision: A Wynstone Member or adult relative from the household must be present for the entire event.
     

  • Holiday Reservations: Not permitted. Holidays are reserved for community-wide use.​
